Toronto, ON – Members of IAM Local Lodge 235 have ratified a new collective agreement with Revco Worldwide.

The three-year agreement provides wage increases of 2 per cent in each year. Other agreement highlights include:

  • Increased IAM Pension Plan contributions
  • Introduction of a $250 reimbursement health account for massage, physiotherapy or chiropractic care
  • Increased eye glass and eye exams benefits

“I want to thank chief steward Kirit Bhakta for his dedication in standing up for his membership during this round of negotiations and his everyday representation in the workplace,” said IAM District Lodge 78 Directing Business Representative Kim Valliere.

The 9 members manufacture one of the most extensive lines of high-quality power transmission components, including roller chain and roller chain sprockets, jaw, R-flex and chain couplings, shaft collars, taper bushings and taper bored weld-in hubs, sheaves, and industrial casters and wheels.
