IAM Healthcare Local Lodge 1295 member Vivianne Simon recently appeared in an IAM video on voting rights.
Although it was released several weeks ago and is chiefly about the US, it is worth sharing with members who might not have seen it.
Vivianne has been involved in negotiations with her employer and has been active in her Local for many years.
