Fort Erie, ON – Members of IAM Local Lodge 103 have ratified a new collective agreement with Lancaster Technologies.

The multi-year agreement provides wage increases of $1.65 per hour over the life of the agreement. Other agreement highlights include:

  • Inclusion of part-time employees into the bargaining unit
  • Increased pension contributions
  • Inclusion of part-time employees into the pension plan
  • Increased vision care
  • Increased shoe allowance
  • Improved contract language

“I would like to thank committee members Kathy Cook and Carol Towers for all of their hard work during this negotiation,” said IAM District Lodge 78 Directing Business Representative Kim Valliere.

The ten members package pharmaceuticals for the Canadian market.
