Burlington, ON – Members of IAM Local Lodge 103 have ratified a new collective agreement with H & H Manufacturing.
The three-year agreement provides wage increases averaging 2.08 per cent in the first year, 2.04 per cent in the second year and 1.99 per cent in the third year depending on classification. Other agreement highlights include:
- IAM Pension plan increases of $ .10 an hour in the first year and $ .10 an hour in the second year. After the second pension increase, members will be receiving $1.55 an hour toward their pension
- Generic drug coverage increased by 5 per cent
- Vision care coverage increased from $225.00 to $250.00
The 28 members consist of welders, labourers, fitter welders and machinists.
H&H Manufacturing fabricates a complete line of attachments for construction equipment, including buckets, thumbs, couplers, and more. These products are manufactured in-house from start to finish, using wear-resistant steel to ensure long-lasting quality.
