Kim was hired at Hawker Siddeley, Orenda Division in 1969. After 56 years as an IAM member Kim has decided to retire.
Kim was the past president of Local1922, and held many positions on the executive and negotiation committees. He served as a District delegate for over 25 years and was an executive officer of the Ontario Provincial Council of Machinists for over 20 years.
On behalf of all the members of Local 1922, District 78 and the OPCM I’d like to express a heart-felt thanks to Kim for all his hard work and dedication to the IAM Union.
