On June 5, 2026, the 62nd Annual OPCM Convention was held in North Bay, Ontario.
A highlight of the convention was the presentation of the prestigious Norm Court Award to Mike Edwards, Recording Secretary of Local 1922 and President of District 78. Mike was recognized for his many years of dedicated service, leadership, and significant contributions to the Labor Movement. His commitment to the labor movement and unwavering support for union members have earned him the respect and appreciation of his colleagues throughout the organization.
